    Charlotte will speak about popular history in the prestigious Goodman Lecture series at Western University. How can the past be brought to life on the page, on the screen and in museums, and how does it shape our view of our country?

    Charlotte will deliver the Avie Bennett Historica Public Lecture at York University. Her subject is “Canada at 150: The Secret Handshake." How has the Canadian sense of identity evolved since Confederation, during dramatic political and demographic changes?

    Charlotte will speak at the Deer Park branch of Toronto Public Library, in the library’s Canada 150 series
  • Thursday 30 November, 7 pm
    Charlotte will speak at the Canadian Museum of History, Gatineau, in their series “Beyond Canada 150.”
